Governments are experimenting with different types of collaborative approaches with citizens and users as potential tools for innovation and also cost reduction. The Public Governance Committee has included in its Programme of Work for 2009-2010, the preparation of a report which will provide member countries with a comprehensive view of the potential and challenges of working with citizens to deliver user centred policies and services.
