ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE: Proposed Plan of Activities for 2009-2010

The purpose of this paper is to describe, and seek delegates' comments on, two proposed projects: (1) Outcome performance measures of environmental compliance assurance; and (2) Mechanisms to promote national coherence of environmental enforcement. The document outlines the scope of each activity, its implementation plan and its budget.
